Because we are out and about a lot during the week we use an appointment system to be able to see our customers. If you would like to talk to us about buying a stove or an installation we offer a free consultation in our showroom.

For spare parts and rope seals, glass and bricks, flue pipe, liners and metal chimneys we would prefer you to get in touch as we have special arrangements. If it is advice on repairs, servicing and maintenance issues or other problems, again please contact us.
