How and when you can visit us

From 1st July 2011 we have changed how we operate and whilst we still have our showroom offices and workshops we have moved to an appointment system. We will be open for general sales on Saturdays from 9.00 to 1.00 but if you are looking to buy a stove or a complete installtion it might be better for you to make an appointment.

The appointments are at our showroom and are free. They are conducted by our HETAS registered people and mean we can give you our undivided attention, you won't have to wait until one of us is available and won't feel rushed or awkward as other people are waiting.

If you're just looking for spares, a length of rope seal or other maintenance products you can contact us to order them first, many will be in stock, and make an appointment to collect them during the week or when the showroom is open on Saturday morning.
